Freshman Charlotte Yates Gets Creative
This week, freshman Charlotte Yates received fabulous news from Indian River State College. Her poetry won first prize among all submissions from our region. English teacher Nicole Padgett says, "Charlotte is a gifted poet and short story writer who excels in sentence fluency and imagery. Whether it is an English essay, Membean paragraph, or submission for our Sundial magazine, I always look forward to reading Charlotte's work." Click to read her work.
