Varsity Volleyball Sails Past John Carroll
On 10/3/19, the varsity volleyball team traveled to Fort Pierce to take on John Carroll Catholic High School. After a 0-11 loss streak versus John Carroll, the Lady Pirates overcame the Golden Rams in 4 thrilling sets: 14-25, 25-22, 25-19, 25-23.
Leading the Lady Pirates were Molly McGee with 3 aces and 14 assists and Meredith Burgoon with 3 aces. Zion Atwater racked up the most blocks for the team with a count of 5. Amira Hussamy earned 11 digs, and Alexa Soderman executed 15 kills.
