Talking to Your Child About the Election

Samantha Borkovic
Tuesday, November 3 was Election Day. Here is a helpful article about how to talk with your child and teen about the election and political climate. It's important to create a space at home to ask curious questions, to explore the candidate together, and to discuss the debate topics. When families model this type of healthy conversation, it shows your child how to have similar conversations with friends and in the classroom. If you have any questions about more specific strategies, please reach out to your Counseling Team: Ms. Mahovetz and Mrs. Borkovic.
