Getting Into the Spirit through Membean

Sebby Hall (7) is already dreaming about winter break and wrote about it in his most recent Membean paragraph.

T’was the night before Christmas.
Not a sound in the house.
No creature was moving, not even a mouse.
Sebby waited in his solemn room jubilantly for the sound of jingling bells.
Minutes and hours passed, yet he lay awake, desperate to meet the acquaintance of Santa’s stately old sleigh.
Time started to fade and so did hope.
Did Santa forget?
I sure hope not.
Resignation welcomed itself into Sebby’s brain.
Maybe it was time to give up and sleep the night away.
Santa’s secret flair still remains safe.
