JV Volleyball Competes Against Merritt Island Christian
The junior varsity volleyball team traveled to Merritt Island Christian School in Merritt Island on 8/31/23 for their road game. Despite their best efforts on the court, the Pirates fell to the Cougars in 2 sets: 18-25, 9-25.
Jenessa Kendall led the Pirates on the court with 2 kills and 1 ace. Piper McCollom provided 1 kill and 2 assists for the team, and teammate Isabella Giasi chipped in 1 kill and 1 ace.
Additional gameday highlights: Joselyn Martin - 1 ace, Halle Grella - 1 kill, Leah Chin - 1 assist, Cairi Infanzon - 1 assist, Bebe Busch-Dunford - 1 assist.
