Varsity Football Brings Home Win Against Glades Day

On 8/21/25, the varsity football team traveled to Glades Day School in Belle Glade to open their regular season against the Gators. The determined Pirates were on fire on the field, returning home with a 49-21 victory and the first on-the-road win against the Gators since 1998.

Pirate quarterback Dylan Colontrelle connected with Connor O'Brien 3 times through the air and threw a 4th touchdown to Mark Moore. Ivan Kelly rushed for 2 touchdowns, and Caden Freedman capped off the scoring with an interception returned for a touchdown. Seamus Moylan and Matthew Vatland recorded interceptions as well. Pirate kicker Reid Durham went 7 for 7 with extra points. 
 
Next game is away on 8/29/25 at Space Coast Jr./Sr. High School in Cocoa, starting at 7:00 PM.
