MS Football Stuns Orangewood Christian

On 8/28/25, the middle school football team played their first home game of the season on the Michael J. Mersky Field against Orangewood Christian School. Hungry for a win, the determined Pirates held back the Rams on the field to win 18-14.

Triston Scent scored all 3 touchdowns for the Pirate team and collected 150 yards rushing. Strong defensive performances were given by Noah Niemi, Rudy Radocaj, and Alex Andrews. Shane Carroll also forced a key fumble to help the Pirates make their way to victory.
 
Next game is at home on 9/11/25 versus Benjamin Middle School, starting at 4:30 PM in Pirate Stadium.
