Varsity Swimming Ends Regular Season at Heartland Invite
The varsity boys and girls swimming teams competed in their last meet of the regular season as they took part in the Heartland Swim & Dive Invitational on 10/18/25 at Lake Placid High School in Lake Placid.
Placing in the top 10 in individual events were Alexander Wolek with his 1:16.62 finish to place 7th in the 100 Yard Breaststroke and Camden Miles with his 6:23.90 finish for 8th place in the 500 Yard Freestyle.

Individual results for varsity girls swimming: Sophie Storbjoerk, 14th place - 100 Yard Breaststroke (1:40.26), 15th place - 100 Yard Butterfly (1:36.38); Sophia Hauf, 19th place - 100 Yard Backstroke (1:36.12), 25th place - 50 Yard Freestyle (34.69); Ellie Ma, 21st place - 100 Yard Breaststroke (1:52.78), 43rd place - 50 Yard Freestyle (43.47); Ryan Morein, 22nd place - 100 Yard Breaststroke (1:55.32), 31st place - 50 Yard Freestyle (36.25); Christina Wang, 21st place - 100 Yard Breaststroke (2:25.40), 31st place - 100 Yard Freestyle (1:33.35).
In the boys team events, the relay team of Wolek, Miles, Burris, and Robinson placed 15th in the 200 Yard Medley Relay (2:36.77). The relay team of Wolek, Burris, Miles, and Roberts finished in 12th place in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay (1:59.93).
In team events, the girls relay team of Hauf, Wang, Storbjoerk, and EliseBrown finished the 200 Yard Medley Relay in 18th place (3:09.82). The relay team of Storbjoerk, Hauf, Wang, and Morein placed 14th in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay (2:24.57).
Next meet is the Class 1A District 6 Tournament on 10/22/25, starting at 10:00 AM at the Indian River State College Pool in Fort Pierce.
