Varsity Boys Lacrosse Prevails Over Thunderwolves

Varsity Boys Lacrosse hit the road for West Palm Beach on 2/17/26 to take on Oxbridge Academy. The Pirates worked skillfully on the field to maintain a 6-3 lead over the Thunderwolves going into halftime. Increasing their lead 10-6 in the 3rd quarter, the Pirates fought off a Thunderwolves' attempted comeback in the 4th quarter and emerged as the ultimate victors 11-10.

Leading the Pirates into battle were Connor O'Brien with 3 goals and 3 assists and Brady McCoy with 3 goals and 2 assists. Collecting 2 goals apiece for the Pirate team were Charlie Corrigan and Turner Barnett. Chris Curley rounded out the scoring with 1 goal and 1 assist. Bobby Varricchio led the Pirates in faceoff wins with 12, and teammate Jackson Parker recorded 6. At the net, Edwin Provancher made 5 saves.

Gameday highlights for the Pirates include 37 shots on goal and 18 groundballs.
