Varsity Girls Basketball Stuns Patriots

Varsity girls basketball hosted Master's Academy of Vero on 1/29/26 in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center. Despite trailing the Patriots in the first 3 quarters, the Pirates never wavered in their determination on the court. In the 4th quarter, the Pirates created chaos for the Patriots, outscoring them 10-4 to take the lead. The Patriots attempted a last-second shot to try to tie or take the game, but Shaniya Bryant skillfully blocked the shot, sealing the Pirates' 31-27 victory.

Bryant and Tirzah Boulding led the Pirates on the scoreboard with 9 points apiece, followed closely by Amajyn Cannon with 7 points. Bringing in 2 points each were Halle Grella, Sloane Weber, and Savannah Shambo.
 
Next game is Senior Night on 1/30/26 versus Berean Christian School, starting at 5:30 PM in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center.
