Varsity Boys Tennis Bests VBHS in Senior Night Rematch
The varsity boys tennis team played their Senior Night game on 3/26/26 at Riverside Park Tennis Courts in a rematch against Vero Beach High School. The Pirates upset the Indians in the thriller to claim a 4-3 victory.
Winning singles matches for the Pirates were #1 Jose Robledo Pretelt (8-4), #3 James Peponis (8-5), #4 Aneesh Chalasani (8-2), and #5 Luca Ilie (8-0).
Winning doubles exhibition matches were the teams of Cov Kennedy/Christian Peter (8-2) and Alex Mira/Ilie (8-1).
