Beth Weibel Munz moved to Vero Beach from Illinois at the start of her sophomore year.  As a new Upper School student, Beth had experience in spring sports, but upon arrival decided to try volleyball and soccer. She says "soccer requires the perfect combination of finesse and power."  She continues, "My most memorable game was my junior year when Saint Edward's played Vero Beach High School.  Of course, we were the underdogs. I scored two goals within the first ten minutes. It was a great game, and through unbelievable teamwork, we managed to win."

As a result of her performance as a soccer player, she was invited to play Division I soccer for Boston College. She holds nursing and law degrees and lives in Jacksonville with her husband and two children.
