Williams was the starting goalkeeper on the soccer team from 1996 to 1999 and a first-team all-state selection his senior year. He also played varsity baseball for five years and was part of three district championship teams, setting a school record with a .561 batting average. Williams went on to play baseball at Davidson College and now resides in South Carolina.
