Meredith attended Saint Edward's School from 9th through 12th grade and is a graduate of the class of 2002. While at Saint Edward's she distinguished herself in lacrosse and soccer. Salutatorian of her class, led the Saint Edward's girls lacrosse team to state championships in 1999 and 2000 and was named an All-American her senior season before going on to play at the University of Virginia. She also helped lead the girls soccer team to three district titles and set the program's career scoring record at 186 goals.
