From Life to Paper: Mr. Nirenberg in 2D
Drawing from life is a cornerstone of artistic practice, and our AP Art students recently put this skill into action. During a recent 40-minute session, our MS/US Instrumental Music Director, Mr. Nirenberg, served as a guest model for the artists to warm up, perform their contour studies and work on their drawings. The experience gave students a hands-on opportunity to sharpen their observation skills, experiment with different mediums and capture the human form with creativity and confidence.
