Varsity Cross Country Competes in Wayne Cross Invitational

The varsity boys and girls cross country teams competed in the Wayne Cross Invitational at Lawnwood Stadium in Fort Pierce on 9/14/23. The girls team captured a 3rd place overall finish, and the boys team recorded a 6th place overall finish.

The girls team was led by Jacquelyn Perrin with a 9th place individual finish. Points contributed by teammates Charlie Cappelen, Isabella Peters, Sienna Mallon, and Annabelle Timmermann helped the Pirates finish well in the competition.

For the boys team, Jack Curley set the pace with a 12th place finish. Times collected by Bobby Campbell, Thomas Leonard, Jimmy Collins, and Jamin Dunham helped support the Pirate team's overall finish.
 
Next meet is the SSAA Championship on 9/22/23, starting at 7:00 AM in Holloway Park in Lakeland.
