Varsity Girls Lacrosse Celebrates Senior Night Victory

The varsity girls lacrosse team took on Melbourne High School on 4/3/24 for their Senior Night game. The Pirates controlled the game from the first whistle and never let up, closing out their last regular season home game with a resounding 17-4 win over the Bulldogs.

Scoring for the Pirates was led by the team's three seniors: Mary Kathryn Watson with 5 goals and 2 assists, Carrington Brown with 5 goals and 1 assist, and Millicent Critchfield with 4 goals and 1 assist. Watson also recorded her 100th goal as a Pirate on her second score of the night. Rounding out the scoring were Aerin Russell with 2 goals and Bebe Busch-Dunford with 1 goal. The Bulldogs could not get any traction against the stingy Pirate defense throughout the night, and goalie Maddie Moscrip made 7 saves.

Next game is away on 4/4/24 at St. Andrew's School in Boca Raton, starting at 5:30 PM.
