Varsity Girls Tennis Stuns Vero Beach HS
On 2/19/26, the varsity tennis team traveled across town to Vero Beach High School to take on the Indians. The Pirates claimed a 4-2 team score over their opponents to bring home the win.
Winning singles matches for the Pirates were #2 Mia Maldonado (8-0), #4 Jenessa Kendall (8-3), and #5 Charlotte Peponis (8-1).
The #2 doubles team of Maldonado/Kendall ensured the large spread for the Pirates with their 8-3 victory.
Winning their exhibition doubles match 8-3 were Lucy Lynch and Illyana Durkin.
