Varsity Boys Tennis Shuts Out Pine
On 2/24/26, the varsity tennis team hosted The Pine School at Riverside Park Tennis Courts. The Pirates shut down the Knights on the courts to post a triumphant 7-0 win.
Winning singles matches for the Pirates were #1 Jose Robledo Pretelt (8-1), #2 James Peponis (8-5), #3 Aneesh Chalasani (8-3), #4 Nick Weise (8-5), and #5 Luca Ilie (8-3).
The #1 boys doubles team of Robledo Pretelt/Peponis claimed an 8-4 victory. Winning their #2 doubles match and ensuring the shutout was the team of Weise/Alex Mira (8-5).
