CARRIE WACHTER MORRIS '96
Every generation has its own version of “in my day, we....,” but raising adolescents in the 21st century is not for wimps. Lucky for us, Dr. Carrie Wachter Morris has some powerful insights to share. She is a professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and she has a PhD in counseling and counselor education.

The Saint Edward's School Athletic Hall of Fame biennially honors the remarkable achievements and lasting contributions of our exceptional student-athletes. Athletics are at the heart of our community, shaping character, teamwork, and determination.
Many of our Hall of Fame inductees have continued to excel at the collegiate level, carrying the Saint Edward’s spirit of excellence into the next chapter of their lives. -
DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI AWARD
The Distinguished Alumni Award honors a Saint Edward’s graduate who made a meaningful impact on campus through leadership, service, and dedication to the School community — and who continues to make a positive difference through civic engagement after graduation.Honorees are recognized at the Alumni Holiday Party. Nominations are now being accepted for the 2027 induction through November 15, 2026.
