This after-school class is designed to teach flexibility, strength, coordination, gross motor skills, and body awareness using gymnastics skills while building positive self-esteem in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Activities include stretching, bar, acrobatics, and balance beam. Come flip and have fun with us! Please bring a change of clothes (a gymnastic leotard is welcome but not required), a snack, and a water bottle.
