Theatre Department Announces Fall and Spring Auditions
The SES Theatre Department is excited to announce auditions for both the Fall and Spring productions on Thursday and Friday, August 19 and 20, 2021 at 3:30-5:30 pm. There are a very limited number of roles available in the Fall Play, “You Can’t Take it With You”, replacing actors who were not able to continue with the project. All roles are available for the Spring Musical, “The Little Mermaid”. Nothing needs to be prepared for the Fall Play; you will be asked to read from the script. Please prepare “Part of Your World” or “Kiss the Girl” if you are interested in “The Little Mermaid”. You will be asked to do some movement and read from the script.
Rehearsals for “You Can’t Take it With You” will start immediately in August and the play performs in October. Rehearsals for “The Little Mermaid” will begin with limited calls in November and resume full-time when we return to school in January. The show performs February 11 and 12.
