Phone Free School Week

Next week, April 14 - 17, the Upper School will be conducting a “no cell phone” experiment as part of the advocacy program to encourage awareness around phone usage and its impact on productivity, social interaction and well-being. Students will turn in their phones each morning for secure storage and retrieve them at the end of the day. We have planned around potential hiccups, with solutions for lunch cards, schedules, communication and even added some fun alternatives like board games and open gym time. If your child has a medical or extraordinary need to keep their phone, please reach out to Ms. Mangieri or Mrs. Padgett. We appreciate your support in making this a thoughtful and educational experience for our students.
