2025 Mardi Gras Jazz Picnic

MJ
On Mardi Gras day in New Orleans they say "everywhere else it's just Tuesday", but US musicians, singers and cooks created their own slice of Mardi Gras happiness this week in front of the Peter B. Benedict Library. Revelers donned beads, crowns and smiles to enjoy lively tunes and great food, while admiring the work of the US Art Club. Mrs. Michos would especially like to thank the John's Island Community Service League, specifically the Tambourine Resale Shop, for donating 100 Mardi Gras Beads from the "Krewe of Muses". The beads were enjoyed by many of our students and teachers! Click here for a fun album of highlights.
