The feeling of playing my first football game back after being cleared my senior year. In first defensive play of the year, I made the tackle behind the line of scrimmage, and in that moment, all of my hard work in the past 10 months finally paid off.
Give a shoutout to your favorite class, teacher, mentor or coach!
I would like to shoutout my football Coach, Coach Schofield, for always challenging me and pushing me to be the person version of myself off the field and on it. Without his guidance and mentorship, I wouldn't be the person, or player, that I am today. I would also like to shoutout Mrs. Stalquist. She has been my homeroom teacher for the past 4 years and seen me grow and mature. She is caring, compassionate, and understanding, and I can always count on her to be in my corner when I need her. Thank you both for everything you've done for me over the years!
What’s something you accomplished at SES that your freshman-year self would be impressed by?

Drop some wisdom—what’s one piece of advice you’d give to an underclassman?
Control the "controlables", some things in life are completely out of our hands, we can't waste time worrying about things we cant change. Things we can control are our attitude and mindset. My biggest piece of advice is to not stress over aspects of life you cant change, and only focus on what you can.
