Mia Perez Wins Persuasive Speech Competition
After weeks of preparation, practice and competition, freshman Mia Perez took top honors for the annual Persuasive Speech Competition. Her speech, entitled TikTok: The Insidious Addicting, began with "TikTok has taken over the world", an opening that immediately captured her audience. Congratulations, Mia!
