Thursday Bible Studies for MS/US Students

Middle and upper school students are invited to join weekly Bible Studies for both boys and girls, beginning Thursday, September 4, at 7:15 a.m.

The Boys Bible Study meets in the Fine Arts Building, Room 113, and is led by Father John Barrett along with other male faculty members. This group gathers for a time of fellowship, prayer and the study of God’s Word before the school day begins. Bibles are provided, and families take turns bringing donuts or breakfast sandwiches. Fathers are also welcome to attend alongside their sons.

The Girls Bible Study meets in Ms. Raymond’s art room and will be studying Meet Me in the Middle by Sandra Stanley and Allie Stanley Cooney. This book encourages conversations that help middle and high school girls grow in their faith, covering topics such as laying a foundation of faith, navigating stress and pressure, facing fears, avoiding the comparison trap and making wise decisions. Books will be provided for students, and moms are encouraged to join on Thursday mornings or follow along at home with their own copy. Donuts and breakfast items will be shared together each week.

Both groups conclude by 7:45 a.m., making this a meaningful way to start the school day. For questions about the boys group, please contact Father Barrett. For questions about the girls group, please contact Tori Barnett or Susan Holland.
