Close One for MS Boys Basketball Against Patriots

On 11/17/25, the middle school boys basketball's blue team welcomed Master's Academy of Vero to the Wachter Activities Center for a thrilling matchup. The highly contested battle between the Pirates and Patriots saw the Pirates jump out to an early 10-9 lead by the end of the 1st quarter. The Pirates saw the Patriots rally back in the 2nd quarter, as the Pirates entered halftime down 12-25. More determined than ever, the Pirates took back control of the game in the 3rd quarter, issuing a tough defense and controlled offense to cut the Patriots' lead 24-30. The Pirates continued to battle in the 4th quarter, pulling the score within 2 points. Unable to connect on a last-second shot, the Pirates narrowly fell to the Patriots 32-34.

Offensive leaders for the Pirates were Henry Logemann with 12 points, Finn Confort with 7 points, Rodney Stephens with 7 points, and Rudy Radocaj with 7 points. The entire team contributed on defense, playing hard and never giving up through the end of the game.
 
Next game is at home on 11/19/25 versus Sebastian River Middle School, starting at 4:00 PM in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center.
