BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM WIN DISTRICT 12-2A TITLE

Saint Edward’s School Pirates Boys Varsity Basketball team made a huge comeback with their first district title in 22 years.  The boys were down at the start of the second half against the Covenant Christian Lions who stretched their lead to 40-25 with 2:30 remaining in the third quarter.  Ready to fight, the Pirates scored seven points at the end of the third quarter, with a score then at 40-32. Determined and relentless, they scored an additional 23 points in the fourth quarter for an epic 56-51 victory.
