"Drawing with Scissors": Third Graders Practice Matisse Style Art

The third graders learned about Henri Matisse while analyzing his famous artwork, "Beasts of the Sea."   Gathering an assortment of papers and using scissors as a tool, the artists made a collage overlapping geometric or organic shapes relating to the sea in Vero Beach.
