Varsity Football Faces Westminster Academy
On 9/23/22, the varsity football team traveled to Lauderdale Lakes to take on Westminster Academy. In a tough loss, the Pirates fell to the Lions 6-48. The loss puts the Pirates at 1-2 in SSAC play this season.
Grant Domenech scored the lone touchdown for the Pirates on a 1-yard run midway through the first quarter. Defensively, the Pirates were led by sophomore Ethan Ball, who recorded 6 total tackles, and sophomore Beckley Waldrop, who collected 3 tackles and a fumble recovery.
