New Faculty/Staff Spotlight 2023: Meet Michelle Isaacson, Second Grade Teacher

Meet Michelle Isaacson! Michelle is a University of Florida alumna and received her Bachelor of Arts in education. She then earned her Master of Education a year later. Since graduating, she has worked at Indian River Academy in a multitude of positions and was a top-five district finalist for Teacher of the Year in Florida. Michelle's favorite quote comes from John C. Maxwell, "Students don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” She looks forward to "being a Pirate alongside [her] 2 kids and creating years of school memories together!" We are delighted to have her join our treasure chest of wonderful teachers.
