Seventh Graders Take Us Back in Time

After becoming a site for global expedition, the WAC was transformed into a hall of famous figures for the Night of the Notables. This seventh-grade capstone project gives students the opportunity to share a notable figure from the 20th century with the SES community. Seventh graders researched and embodied inspirational individuals, such as Lilly Pulitzer, Steve Irwin, Shirley Temple, Jimmy Buffet and many more. Then, faculty, staff, families and fellow students walked throughout the impressively decorated WAC to ask questions about the details of their lives. The seventh grade students amazed everyone who ventured into the festival, and we are so proud of their journey toward becoming eighth graders.
