Thrilling Ending for JV Volleyball Against Firehawks
Junior varsity volleyball took on the Brevard HEAT at home on 9/29/25 in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center. In a competitive 1st set, the Pirates seized the victory 30-28, but they dropped the 2nd set to the Firehawks 20-25. Undeterred, the Pirates came back in the 3rd set to seize the victory 15-8.
Serving aces for the Pirate team were led by Alexandra Jefferson, and Lily O’Brien led on the serve receive line. A. Jefferson remained on top in defensive digs, and A. Jefferson and Helena Jefferson both took charge in offensive attacks. Anastasia Headley provided a solid block as the Pirates walked away the victors on the court.
