The blue team for middle school boys basketball traveled to The Pine School in Hobe Sound on 12/3/24 for their first road game of the season. Despite getting off to a slow start, the Pirates quickly recovered to end the half only down by 3 points (10-13). The energized Pirates took charge in the 3rd quarter, successfully grabbing the lead away from the Knights. The Pirates ultimately brought down the Knights to bring home a 26-22 victory and improve their record to 4-2.
The Pirates' team effort of aggressive defense and patient offense helped ensure the on-the-road win. Kayleb Redmon and Chris Curley led the team with 6 points each. Following closely was Turner Barnett with 5 points. Teammates Jackson Parker and Christian Alfonso netted 4 points apiece, and Cov Kennedy sank 1 point toward the victory.
