Blue Team for MS Boys Basketball Clinches Rematch Victory Over Buccaneers
On 1/9/25, the blue team for middle school boys basketball hit the road for The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens to challenge the Buccaneers to a rematch. The Pirates were successful in avenging their early season loss to the Bucs, winning the game 42-21.
The Pirates played well as a team with consistent tough defense opening up opportunities on offense. Finn Conforti led the scoreboard with 12 points. Christian Alfonso collected 6 points, and Kayleb Redmon sank 5. Teammates Turner Barnett, Shane Carroll, and Nolan Ange all put up 4 points apiece toward the victory. Rounding out the scoring in the Pirates' successful day were Chris Curley, Jack Della Porta, and Cov Kennedy with 2 points each.
