Another Successful Meet in the Books for Varsity Cross Country

On 9/19/25, the varsity cross country teams competed in the 1A portion of the 43rd Annual Spanish River Invitational at South County Regional Park in West Boca Raton. The 1A/2A meet featured over 1,600 runners and teams from all over Florida. The girls team finished 3rd place overall out of 15 teams, and the boys team finished 7th place out of 20 teams.

For the girls team, Jacquelyn Perrin captured a 1st place finish for Class 1A, setting a new personal record of 19:22.8. Also setting personal best times were Cadence Callaghan in 16th place at 22:20.6 and Nahlia Hebig in 17th place at 22:22.8. Emma Ramsay, with a personal record time of 24:41.9, recorded a 44th place finish, and Isabella Peter rounded out scoring for the Pirates with her 55th place finish at 25:58.3.

For the boys team, Jack Curley secured a 2nd place finish for Class 1A with his new personal best time of 16:33.7. Jamin Dunham finished in 30th place with a personal record time of 18:52.4, and Chris Perrin placed 40th at 19:25.0, a personal record. Cam Perrin finished in 62nd place with 20:35.7, and Liam Boltrek rounded out scoring for the Pirates as he finished 74th at 21:33.5.
 
Next meet is away on 9/27/25 at the Jensen Beach Invitational, starting at 7:45 AM at Jensen Beach High School in Jensen Beach.
