Students Travel to Montreal for Model United Nations

Eighth grade and Upper School students who participate in Model United Nations traveled to Montreal, Canada to participate in an international conference. The students attending this year include:

Cameron Katz, Caroline Zoltak, Carrington Brown, Chase Nelson, Christopher Powell, Elizabeth Andrews, Elizabeth Croom, Elliotte Kahler, Emmy Dichter, Farzaan Naeem, George Sowles, Grace Haller, Hunter Morgan, Isabella Cooper, Jasmine Nunez, John Sarbak, Zeo Zudans, Laurel Logemann, Lila Legler, Maeve Reicher, Savannah Maynard, Stiles Dichter, Susan Durand-Montanari, Thomas Baker, Tobias Tettamanti and Zayna Shaikh.

Model United Nations, also known as Model UN or MUN, is an educational simulation and/or academic activity in which students can learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations. Sixth and seventh grade students have an opportunity to participate in an entry-level Model UN club led by Mr. Mohr. He made an announcement about this in Chapel. He will follow up with more specific information in the very near future.
