MS Tennis Teams Compete in 2nd Annual Pirate Cup
The blue and silver teams for middle school tennis faced one another on the court on 5/10/22 in the 2nd Annual Pirate Cup competition. In another close finish, the blue team captured the trophy 13-12-1 after 26 individual matches in singles and doubles. The team match concluded the regular season for both teams. The blue team finished their season in the six-team middle school league 4-0-1, and the silver team finished their season 3-2-0.
Competing on the Blue Team for the Pirates were Mia Fernandez, Khlieo Perez, Mia Maldonado, Alex Thiney, Theodore Reicher, Ellie Simpson, Jackson Colontrelle, Nahlia Hebig, Diego Leal, Isabella Peter, Bebe Busch-Dunford, Ivy Engel, Jacqueline Perrin, Rosalie Miller, Katherine Dingus, Alexandra Perrin, and Elexia Watson.
Competing on the Silver Team for the Pirates were Daniel Clemente, Valentina Henriquez, Rory Barton, Alex Mira, Liam Dyer, Olivia Stovall, Matthew Stern, Isabella Giasi, Reid Durham, Jenessa Kendall, Halle Grella, Dean Sincavage, Matthew Barrett, Eric Lin, Charlie Cappelen, Freddie Alcalay and Piper McCollom.
