Close Season Closer for MS Boys Basketball's Grey Team
In their final game of the season, the Pirates hosted Benjamin Middle School on 1/23/23 in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center. In their most competitive game of the season, the Pirates fell to the Buccaneers by one point, 33-34.
The Pirates had a solid team effort on the court, with 6 players contributing to their scored 33 points. The Pirates were led by Robert Williams with 11 points and Bobby Varricchio with 7 points, including 2 3-pointers late in the game. Also scoring for the Pirate team were Chris Campbell (6), Reid Morris (4), Mac Antle (3), and Dylan Colontrelle (2).
