STEDS Dads & Grads Came to PLAY!

On April 1, Saint Edward's School alumni and fathers came together to participate in the very first annual mens lacrosse "Dads and Grads" game on the Michael J. Mersky Field. The event featured teams named after each of the respective goalies: Team Blake (Peter Blake '93) and Team Pratt (Rip Pratt, father of Riker '22 and Catalina '20). The teams squared off on a shortened field in a 6 v. 6 matchup with fewer face-offs, making for a fast-paced match enjoyed by all in the stands. Team Pratt emerged as the victor, and the game was highlighted by competitive play and spirited fun from the dads and the graduates, who spanned several decades.
