Varsity Boys Golf Takes Part in District Tournament
The varsity boys golf team competed in the Class 1A District 13 Championship on 10/23/23 at The Champion's Club in Stuart. Playing in one of the most competitive districts in the state, the Pirate team finished the district match in 6th place overall with 337.
The Pirates were led on the course by junior Dylan Orzechowski and freshman Weston Mead who each shot an 80 and tied for 21st place individually. Senior Harrison Hardin recorded an 87, and senior Will Russell shot a 90. Also playing for the Pirate team was sophomore Brandon Cochrane with a 97.
