MS Cheer & Dance Starts Season with Double Header
The middle school cheerleading and dance team began their season cheering at both the middle school girls basketball blue team game as well as the middle school boys basketball blue team game on 11/13/23 in the Wachter Activities Center. The cheer squad, with the help from the enthusiastic student section, cheered both teams on to victory against Master's Academy of Vero Beach.
The cheer team led Pirate fans in several basketball chants and cheers such as Dribble, Shoot, Shoot; Defense; Aggressive; and Set It Up. At halftime of each game, the cheer squad took to center court to perform several cheers to help keep the fans' momentum up going into the second half. They cheered Blue and White and Victory at the girls' game and Atmosphere and Dynamite at the boys' game.
Cheering at the basketball games were this year's middle school cheer squad members Peyton Bittle, Leaza Combs, Lucy Lynch, Reagan Miner, Sloane Moylan, Kamara Simon, and Morgan Thompson.
