MS Boys Basketball's Blue Team Collects Big Win Against Pine
On 11/29/23, the blue team for middle school boys basketball hosted The Pine School Knights in the Wachter Activities Center. The Pirates jumped out to a quick 11-0 lead in the 1st quarter and added another 22 points in the 2nd quarter to take a 33-5 halftime lead. The relentless defense was unyielding throughout most of the game to pave the way for the 40-20 Pirate victory.
Reid Morris (9 points) and Syrus Cooper (8 points) led the Pirate team on the court. Teammates Trip Williams, Bobby Varricchio, and Kayleb Redmon each put up 5 points towards the win. Chris Curley sank 4 points for the Pirates, and Cov Kennedy and Dylan Colontrelle added 2 points apiece.
