MS Boys Basketball's Blue Team Takes Down Knights
The blue team for middle school boys basketball traveled to Hobe Sound on 1/10/24 to take on The Pine School Knights. The Pirates jumped out to an early lead over their opponents and never looked back. Thanks to the Pirates' strategic defensive plays on the court, they defeated the Knights 44-11.
Leading the Pirates on the floor were Syrus Cooper with 8 points and Bobby Varricchio with 7 points. Trip Williams sank 5 points; and teammates Reid Morris, Kayleb Redmon, and Jack Timmermann all collected 4 points each. Chris Curley put up 3 points for the Pirates, and Turner Barnett rounded out the day with 2 points.
