Varsity Girls Lacrosse Downs Sharks
On 2/21/24, the varsity girls lacrosse team went head-to-head with Sebastian River High School in Sebastian. Controlling the game from the opening draw, the Pirates taking down the Sharks 15-3 on the field.
Leading the offensive end were Lily O'Brien (3 goals, 1 assist), CJ Fykes (2 goals, 1 assist), and Aerin Russell (1 goal, 3 assists). Teammates Bebe Busch-Dunford, Carrington Brown, Kelly Lynch, and Leah Chin recorded 1 goal and 1 assist apiece. Also putting up 1 goal each toward the victory were Charlie Cappelen, Grace Fykes, Margaret Fykes, Mary Kathryn Watson, and Nicollette Kennedy.
