Varsity Boys Lacrosse Dominates Against Tigers

On 2/27/24, the varsity boys lacrosse team traveled to Stuart to play against the Martin County High School Tigers. The Pirates pushed ahead of the Tigers early on to ensure the 16-4 victory.

Leading the charge for the Pirates were Will Russell with 3 goals and 5 assists, Reed Sternberg with 3 goals and 1 assist, and Connor O'Brien with 3 goals. Luke Herrman tallied 2 goal and 1 assist for the team, and Charlie Corrigan netted 2 goals. Harrison Hardin recorded 1 goal and 2 assists, and teammates Keegan Nyman and Merritt Kennedy added 1 goal each toward the victory. Nyman ruled the field in faceoff wins with 14. At the goal, Kieran Colgan made 5 saves on 9 shots on goal.

On-the-field stats for the Pirate team include 13 ground balls, 25 shots on goal, and 15 faceoff wins.
