Varsity Baseball Plays 1st Home Game of Season

The varsity baseball team hosted Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy on 2/28/24 for their first home game of the season. The Tigers proved a formidable opponent for the Pirates as they home team fell to their opponents 23-1.

Graham Hutton started on the pitcher's mound for the Pirates, pitching 2 innings and surrendering 6 runs. Teammates Reid Morris, Jaden Jackson, and Trey Dunlap followed on the bump.

Cyprian McIntosh, Morris, and Dunlap led the offense, going 1-2 at the plate each. Jackson scored the Pirates only run on a sacrifice fly by teammate Noah Hernandez, and Jackson also added 2 stolen bases.
 
Next game is away on 3/1/24 versus Calvary Chapel Academy, starting at 6:00 PM at the Fred Poppe Regional Park in Palm Bay.
