Varsity Boys Tennis Brings Down Commodores
The varsity boys tennis team took on Eau Gallie High School at home on 3/19/24 at at the Riverside Park Tennis Courts. The Pirates fought hard on the courts against the Commodores, walking away with a 4-3 victory over their opponents.
Winning singles matches for the Pirates were #2 Nicky Colontrelle (8-0), #4 James Peponis (8-4), and #5 Augie Barreirinhas (8-6). Justin Hall and Seb Hall at #2 doubles ensured the Pirate victory with their 8-4 win.
Winning exhibition singles matches for the Pirates were Jackson Peshke (8-1), Bruno Barreirinhas (8-1), Alex Mira (8-5), Christopher Porter (8-4), Matthew Stern (8-1), and Owen Miller (8-6).
