Another Win in the Books for JV Volleyball
On 10/2/28, the junior varsity volleyball team went up against Heritage High School on the road in Palm Bay. The Pirates started the 1st set strong with a 25-18 win, but then dropped the second set 21-25 to the Panthers. The PIrates staged a comeback in the 3rd set to put away their opponents 15-13.
Leading the PIrates on the floor were Ashley Dube in service aces, Alexandra Jefferson in serve receive, and
Camilla Dadufalza in assists. Dadufalza and A. Jefferson also ranked at the top in offensive attacks. In defensive plays, Lily O’Brien took charge with her digs, and Helena Jefferson was instrumental with blocks.
